Visitante na Flinders University (Adelaide,Austrália, 1991-1992). Pesquisador do CNPq desde 01/08/1984 (atual nível 1A). Atuação: UEM (Maringá,1976), UFPb (João Pessoa,1977), UFPe (Recife,1978-1986), IFT-UNESP (S.Paulo, 1986-2009). Visitante no CBPF(Rio,2009), UFF(Niterói, 2010-2012) e UFABC (Santo André, a partir de 2012). Pesquisador-titular aposentado pelo IFT-UNESP em 01/08/09, onde continua atuando como voluntário. Administração: Vice-Diretor, Coord. de Pesquisas e representante em diversos colegiados da UNESP e IFT-UNESP. Coordena grupo de pesquisa em Física de Poucos Corpos e Projetos Temáticos. Tópicos de Pesquisas: Sistemas Quânticos de Poucos Corpos, Condensados Atômicos, Reações e Espalhamento em Física Nuclear, Modelos da QCD. Presidiu a "18th International IUPAP Conference on Few-Body Problem in Physics (FB18)", realizada em Santos (21-26/08/2006). Designado pela Elsevier, foi um dos organizadores do vol.790 do periódico Nuclear Physics A. Participante do corpo editorial do periódico Few-Body Systems (Springer) a partir de 01/01/2010, tem participado dos principais comitês internacionais de Física de poucos corpos, além de ter sido plenarista em diversas conferências.

Guest at CBPF (Rio, 2009), UFF (Niterói, 2010-2012) and UFABC (Santo André, from 2012). Retired from IFT-UNESP on 01/08/09, which continues to serve as a volunteer. Administration: Deputy Director, Coord. Research and representative in various collegiate at UNESP and IFT-UNESP. Coordinates research group in the Physics of Few Bodies and Thematic Projects. Research topics: Quantum of Few Body Systems, Condensate Atomic, Reactions and Scattering in Nuclear Physics, Models of QCD. He chaired the "18th International IUPAP Conference on Few-Body Problems in Physics (FB18)" held in Santos (21-26/08/2006). Appointed by Elsevier, was one of the organizers of the journal Nuclear Physics vol.790 A. Participant of the editorial board of the journal Few-Body Systems (Springer) from 01/01/2010, has participated in major international committees of few-body physics, and has presented invited talks at various conferences.
