Alysson Fábio Ferrari

Atuou como pós-doc no Departamento de Física Matemática do Instituto de Física da Universidade de São Paulo, de 2005 a 2007, e como professor visitante no Centro de Matemática, Computação e Cognição na Universidade Federal do ABC, em 2008. Desde 2009, é Professor Adjunto do Centro de Ciências Naturais e Humanas da UFABC. Tem experiência na área de Física Teórica, com ênfase em Teoria Quântica de Campos, atuando principalmente no estudo de teorias de campo não-comutativas e teorias supersimétricas no formalismo de supercampos. Outros interesses incluem: gravitação quântica, física matemática, aplicação de álgebras de Hopf na deformação de simetrias do espaço-tempo, e aplicação de física computacional ao cálculo de amplitudes em teoria quântica de campos.

 

Worked as a post-doc in the Department of Mathematical Physics at the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo, from 2005 to 2007, and as a visiting professor at the Center for Mathematics, Computation and Cognition at the Federal University of ABC, in 2008. Since 2009, is a permanent Professor of the Center of Natural Sciences and Humanities of UFABC. He has experience in the field of Theoretical Physics, with emphasis em quantum field theory, acting mainly in the study of noncommutative field theories and supersymmetric theories in the superfield formalism. Other interests include: quantum gravity, mathematical physics, application of Hopf algebras in the deformation of the space-time symmetries and application of computational physics techniques to the calculation of amplitudes em quantum field theory.
